устаревшей инфраструктуры, замена изношенной техники, повышение
безопасности и эффективности запусков. Кроме того, необходимо решать вопрос с арендой космодрома у
Казахстана. Высокие арендные платежи ложатся тяжелым бременем на
российский бюджет, особенно в условиях сокращения коммерческих запусков.
Возможно, имеет смысл рассмотреть вопрос о постепенном сокращении
присутствия на Байконуре в пользу других космодромов. Тем не менее, Байконур навсегда останется в истории как первый в
