Жизнь в Белоруссии дешевле, чем в России – это факт. Но не в новогодние праздники. В этот период цены на жильё взлетают в три раза. Если в обычные дни арендовать квартиру в центре Минска можно за 3000 рублей, то в праздничные дни меньше 10 тысяч угол не снимешь.
— У меня несколько квартир в Минске. В новогодние праздники все были забиты под завязку. Одни жильцы съезжают, другие сразу заезжают. Такая же ситуация на майские праздники и в выходные, — проинформировала хозяйка наших апартаментов. – Кстати, вам экскурсии нужны? Лучше заранее озаботиться.
С экскурсиями в Белоруссии беда. Согласно обновленному Кодексу о культуре, все экскурсоводы страны теперь проходят аттестацию – сдают устный и письменный тест. К экзамену допускают людей с высшим образованием, постоянно проживающих в стране и «политически лояльных». Но даже если экскурсовод аттестован Национальным агентством по туризму, он имеет право проводить экскурсии только в тех музеях, где является штатным сотрудником. В итоге, в стране образовался острый дефицит гидов.
Ну да ладно. В музеи мне не особо-то и хотелось.
Расскажу, что удивило в Минске.
Я приехала в Минск на поезде. На вокзале москвичи кинулись в обменные пункты валют. Говорят, в Белоруссии выгоднее менять российские рубли на белорусские, чем снимать наличные в банкоматах. Кстати, карты «Мир» обслуживают на всей территории страны. Правда, каждый банк выдает не больше 500 местных рублей (15 тысяч рублей) в месяц.
— Давайте я вам помогу без очереди снять деньги в банкомате, укажу, где надежный, — привязался на вокзале мужчина лет 50. – За услугу подкинете 10 рублей (300 российских) на пиво.
Чаевые мужик не получил. В привокзальных банкоматах закончились деньги.
Такси в Минске не сказать, что сильно дешевле московских. За 10 минут езды я заплатила 300 рублей. Поездка в метро обошлась бы 27 рублей.
Новогодняя столица Белоруссии выглядела скромно по сравнению с Москвой. Минимум гирлянд и декораций. Люди тоже казались не особо радостными. В продовольственных магазинах – ни толп, ни суеты. Внешне всё напоминало обычные будни.
— У нас новый год не празднуют с размахом и не отдыхают по 10 дней, как в России, — пояснила местная жительница. — Обычно, мы работает до 31 декабря, а 2 января уже выходим на работу. В этом году впервые праздники длятся 4 дня – с 30 декабря по 2 января.
Сам новый год я отмечала в ресторане. Депозит за столик обошелся в 150 рублей с человека (4200 рублей). Зал был забит под завязку.
Белорусы знают толк в еде, блюда были приготовлены безупречно. А вот с алкоголем вышла накладка. Среди спиртных напитков не оказалось популярного коктейля “Апероль-Шприц”.
— У нас с параллельным импортом туго, многое запрещено провозить. Апероль, как и многие импортные напитки уже давно не завозят. Ни в магазинах, ни в ресторанах того, что было раньше, уже нет, — разъяснил бармен. – В нашем ресторане осталось несколько сортов виски и бренди. Пиво берут в основном наше, разливное, популярны фирменные настойки.
Ещё санкции ударили по стикам для айкоса. Их в Минске больше не продают.
— Стики пропали после протестов в 2020 году, тогда ввели санкции и компания ушла с рынка, — пожаловалась работница табачной лавки. – Теперь разве что из-под полы их можно купить. А в некоторых ТЦ завозят китайский аналог. У кого есть возможность, возят для себя из России.
В один из дней я отправилась на разрекламированную в интернете ярмарку около Дворца спорта. Площадь была огорожена металлическим забором. Кругом дежурили десятки сотрудников милиции.
— Проход запрещён, — остановил меня перед рамками металлодетектора человек в форме. — Сейчас зачистку проведём и запустим. Через полчаса приходите.
— От кого зачищаете? – удивилась я.
— Освобождаем территорию от людей, чтобы пропустить новую партию.
Зачем понадобилось «расчищать территорию» я не поняла, тем более столпотворения на ярмарке не наблюдалось.
Через полчаса я вернулась. На ярмарке можно было неплохо подкрепиться. За тарелку ухи, солянки или куриного бульона просили 6 белорусский рублей (180 рублей). Драники, шашлыки, шаурму, колбасу-гриль, плов продавали примерно по такой же цене.
Вообще, москвичи едут в Минск не за сувенирами и ярморочной едой. Основная достопримечательность для нас – это Zara и другие ушедшие из России бренды. Именно поэтому в торговых центрах было не протолкнуться. В очередь на примерку люди стояли часами.
— У нас «Zara» всего в двух торговых центрах, поэтому тут всегда полно народу. Ваших много приезжают, — рассказала сотрудница парфюмерного магазина. – На праздники у нас вообще всё выгребли. Людей интересует не только одежда, но и импортная косметика. Гляньте, духов практически не осталось. Помаду, тушь всю разобрали.
Перед поездкой знакомые советовали купить в Белоруссии постельное белье. На мой вопрос сотруднице ЦУМа, какую марку белья посоветуете, женщина выдала: берите российское, оно лучше.
От шоколадных конфет местного производства меня отговорила одна из покупательниц.
— Какие конфеты лучше взять? – обратилась я в магазине к женщине.
— Лучше купите на развес клюкву в шоколаде – это самое приличное.
Советоваться по поводу колбасы я ни с кем не стала. Набрала 8 палок по 150 рублей.
Когда кассир увидела количество продуктов, поинтересовалась: «Вы в рассрочку покупаете?».
Позже мне пояснили: зарплаты в Белоруссии невысокие, народ вынужден брать продукты в кредит.
Конфеты, колбаса и ещё что-то по мелочи обошлось мне в 2600 российских рублей. По московским меркам, копейки.
Таксист, заметив у меня в руках пакет, усмехнулся: «Что так мало взяли? Москвичи колбасу отсюда чемоданами везут».
Ещё в Минске покупают лекарства. Некоторые антибиотики здесь продают без рецепта. Правда, в наличии оказались только белорусские, польские закончились. От сотрудника аптеки я снова услышала: «Ваши все раскупили».
Самый популярный сетевой ресторан в Минске – «Васильки». Их в столице много. И в каждый стоит очередь. А все потому, что дешёво. Средний чек на человека в районе 1000 рублей.
Кстати, сами белорусы обижаются, когда в их ресторанах постоянно заказывают драники. «Если приехали сюда, значит надо есть драники? А ведь у нас и оленина есть, и баранина, попробуйте что-то другое», — обиделся как-то официант кафе, где мы стали постоянными посетителями.
На обратном пути в Москву народ в поезде делился впечатлениями от поездки. Судя по разговорам, все мы посетили одни и те же места — «Zara» и «Васильки». Когда речь зашла о драниках, один из пассажиров взмолился: «Не произносите это слово, кажется я ими надолго обожрался».
