Мошенники из социальных сетей могут доводить онлайн-романами до самоубийства
В мире, который становится все более взаимосвязанным благодаря Интернету, тематическое исследование, опубликованное в журнале BMC Psychiatry, проливает свет на темную сторону цифрового взаимодействия: мошенничество в сфере онлайн-знакомств, вызывающее эротоманию – редкое бредовое расстройство.
Эротомания, или синдром де Клерамбо, проявляется как стойкое бредовое убеждение в том, что индивид, как правило, с более высоким социальным статусом, влюблен в человека, испытывающего это заблуждение, несмотря на то, что между ними практически нет взаимодействия. Это состояние отражает глубокое неверное толкование социальных сигналов, приводящее к одностороннему и часто навязчивому преследованию предполагаемого поклонника.
«Крайне важно отслеживать онлайн-активность пациентов, особенно тех, у кого есть особые факторы риска, поскольку они с большей вероятностью могут стать жертвами. Важно выявлять личностные особенности и психопатологические симптомы, которые повышают риск быть в позиции жертвы», — заявили исследователи.
Этот синдром привлек внимание как врачей-клиницистов, так и ученых, его корни уходят в размышления Гиппократа и подробные исследования французского психиатра Гаэтана де Клерамбо в начале 20-го века.
Предметом тематического исследования является 70-летняя замужняя женщина из Венгрии, которая стала жертвой онлайн-мошенничества, приведшего ее к психологическому потрясению. Ее погружение в это бредовое состояние началось достаточно невинно, когда она выразила восхищение творчеством музыканта в социальных сетях. Это восхищение быстро переросло в сильную эмоциональную вовлеченность, вызванную мошенническим взаимодействием с кем-то, кого она считала самим музыкантом.
В течение более чем года мошенник, прикрываясь личностью музыканта, поддерживал глубокую эмоциональную связь с женщиной. С помощью хитроумных манипуляций и обмана аферист убедил ее в своем романтическом интересе, что заставило ее изменить свою жизнь и даже пойти на финансовые жертвы во имя любви. Ситуация переросла в семейные конфликты и серьезную попытку самоубийства, когда финансовые требования преступников стали непомерными, и в дело вмешался муж.
Прошлое пациентки рисовало картину уязвимости, готовой к эксплуатации. Повар на пенсии, которая чувствовала себя забытой, ее жизнь была отмечена изоляцией, депрессивным настроением и отсутствием значимых отношений вне брака. Ее психическое состояние, усугубленное различными проблемами со здоровьем и легкими когнитивными нарушениями, создало благодатную почву для того, чтобы бредовые убеждения пустили корни.
При поступлении в психиатрическое отделение после попытки самоубийства обследование выявило сложное взаимодействие когнитивных, эмоциональных и психологических факторов, лежащих в основе ее состояния. Диагноз «эротоманская мания», вызванный мошенничеством с любовными романами в Интернете и усугубленный существовавшими у нее ранее уязвимостями, представлял собой сложный сценарий лечения.
Подход к выздоровлению пациентки был многогранным, сочетающим психофармакологическое вмешательство с индивидуальной и групповой терапией. Главным в ее выздоровлении было постепенное осознание мошеннической природы онлайн-отношений и проработкой эмоциональной травмы.
«Представленный случай подчеркивает подверженность людей с психическими расстройствами развитию эротоманских галлюцинаций в контексте онлайн-мошенничества с романтическими отношениями», — заключили исследователи.
