3. Жалобы

4. Не проверяете свои технические возможности.
Тас Рейвенскрофт, старший консультант рекрутинговой компании Cherry Pick People, говорит: «Игнорирование таких деталей, как место проведения собеседования или используемая платформа (например, Teams), и отсутствие предварительного тестирования вашей технологии могут нарушить процесс собеседования. 5. Брань в адрес предыдущих работодателей

6. Не задаете вопросов — в том числе о пособиях или политике оплаты больничных листов
Тас Рейвенскрофт говорит: «На этот вопрос нет правильных или неправильных ответов, но задавать вопросы в конце собеседования — это однозначно «ДА». Это показывает, что вы заинтересованы, вовлечены и хотели бы получить возможность либо продвинуться по службе, либо получить эту роль. Я советую в вашем первом интервью спросить о корпоративной культуре, повседневных задачах, ожиданиях от этой должности, кто лучший исполнитель и почему? Вопросы, от которых я бы воздержался, связаны с выплатами пособий, или недавно кто-то спрашивал меня о правилах оплаты больничных на первом собеседовании… Можно с уверенностью сказать, что их больше не приглашали. Если вы работаете с рекрутером, у вас уже будет информация о зарплате и льготах, поэтому не нужно спрашивать об этом на собеседовании».
7. Отсутствие энтузиазма

8. Слишком много болтаете

10. Опаздывать — или приходить слишком рано
