Лето – время отпусков. Мало кто не любит отдыхать на песчаных пляжах на морском побережье. Конечно, такое времяпрепровождение должно сопровождаться согревающим и ярким солнцем. Ведь его так не хватало многим россиянам весь год. Однако такой отдых может оказаться опасным для здоровья, так как не все защищают свою кожу от ультрафиолетовых лучей. Чрезмерное воздействие солнца на кожу может привести к преждевременному старению, дряхлости кожи, а также раку. Но все эти проблемы можно избежать, если пользоваться SPF-защитой. О том, как правильно выбрать солнцезащитный крем, РБК рассказала дерматолог, трихолог, доктор медицинских наук, заведующая курсом дерматовенерологии и косметологии Пензенского института усовершенствования врачей Юлия Галлямова.
В первую очередь следует знать, что цифра SPF означает, во сколько раз больше солнечных лучей воспримет кожа человека без риска повреждения. Поэтому чем выше цифра, тем сильнее защита. Максимальный уровень SPF лучше использовать на пляже и во время работ на грядках. Низкий уровень подойдет для тех, кто вышел на недолгую прогулку под неярким солнцем.
Рекомендуется подбирать солнцезащитный крем в зависимости от своих предпочтений. Кому-то больше нравятся плотные текстуры, а некоторые стараются не нагружать кожу и использовать легкие кушоны. Кроме того, SPF-защита может быть в виде пудры, молочка, крема, лосьона и спрея.
Ранее «МК в Ленобласти» рассказал, что делать при солнечном ожоге. Известно, что при ожоге первой степени повреждается только верхний слой кожи. Воспаление проходит за неделю. Обычно при таком ожоге кожа начинает сильно шелушиться. Ожог второй степени сильнее. При нем повреждается дерма – слой кожи под эпидермисом.
