Тревога, бессонница, постоянные флешбэки, синдром выжившего, испытывающего чувство вины перед убитыми, и — одновременно — склонность к риску в отношении себя самого, это все о тех, кто пережили посттравматическое стрессовое расстройство, ПТСР.
Изменения в психике, которые переживали и переживают многие военнослужащие — независимо от того, афганская ли это кампания? или чеченские, или СВО, касается не только мужчин, но и их семей, которые остались на гражданке.
Просто про жен и детей в такой ситуации мало кто говорит. Обычно это привилегия сильного пола — страдать от посттравматического стрессового расстройства. А любимым женщинам остаётся быть сильными.
«Тело сразу реагирует»
«Люди с мерцающей психикой», — от агрессии до саморазрушения, одно из самых крутых определений ПТСР, которое я прочитала за последнее время. Его высказал политолог Анатолий Несмиян. Очень образно и очень точно. И никто не скажет, в какой фазе переключения находится человек сейчас. Что от него можно ждать, какие проявления и симптомы. Вкл или выкл?
«Когда муж ушёл, начался непрерывный кашель. Я не знала, что делать, буквально задыхалась. Думала, ковид или воспаление лёгких, или вообще ХОБЛ, при которой лёгкое удаляют. Больше девяти месяцев искали причину, оказалось, что нейрогенный кашель, психосоматика», — рассказывает 45-летняя Елена, чей супруг Евгений в октябре 2022 ушел добровольцем.
Причём она подчёркивает, что оба они, казалось, знали, что их ждёт — в «нулевые» у мужа были постоянные командировки в Чечню, но такого состояния у неё никогда прежде не было.
«Возможно, тогда мы ещё молодые были, в плохое не верилось, а сейчас тело сразу реагирует на то, что постоянно гонишь из своих мыслей», — размышляет женщина.
Ученые НМИЦ ПН им. В.М. Бехтерева несколько месяцев назад провели исследование, которое показало, что участников СВО с вероятностью от 3 до 11% ждёт посттравматическое расстройство; если же военный получил ранение или увечье, риск столкнуться с психологическими проблемами увеличивается до 17%. Другие ученые оценивают шансы ПТСР у комбатантов ещё выше: до 33 %.
Известно, что на тяжесть и длительность протекания состояния влияет, в том числе, и срок пребывания в горячей точке.
Психиатры установили, что при нахождении в зоне боевых действий шесть месяцев риск получить психологические и психиатрические проблемы составляет 15%, 1,5 года — уже 29%.
И если с мужчинами должны работать психологи в тех же госпиталях, то остающиеся в мирной жизни женщины все это время предоставлены самим себе.
«Может быть, завтра, может, через месяц»
Я попросила провести опрос в закрытом, «для своих», чате жен военнослужащих, о том, как изменилось их отношения с любимыми с тех пор, как те ушли на СВО. Женщины обещали отвечать откровенно.
В основном, говорят, отношения остались такие же, как прежде, а у некоторых даже улучшились. «Он рвётся ко мне, я верно жду его. Мы — целый мир, мы дышим друг другом. Рвётся там, где тонко», — так романтически, как в российском сериале для домохозяек, рассказывает про свои чувства Светлана из Подмосковья.
Но есть и те, кто честно признаются, что сходят с ума от неопределённости. «Год не виделись. Может быть, завтра, может, через месяц… Для меня это самое мучительное», — рассказывает 27-летняя Оксана.
Некоторые признаются, что отношения с мужем ухудшили большие деньги. «Раньше муж шабашил на ремонтах и жили от кредита до кредита. Говорят, деньги — это хорошо, теперь я в этом не уверена, — считает 30-летняя Маша. — Мы постоянно ругаемся, потому что я хочу накопить на новую квартиру и отдать кредиты (да, пока что действуют кредитные каникулы для участников СВО, но рано или поздно они закончатся, и что тогда?), а для мужа важна какая-то ерунда, то навороченный телефон, о котором всю жизнь мечтал, то ребёнку переведёт 50 тысяч на баловство, то на друга потратит ещё сто.
К тому же там, где он служит, цены достаточно высокие, соразмерные выплатам. И получается, что не так уж и много он получает, потому что тратит тоже много и совсем меня не слушает. Какая же это любовь?».
Супруга не понимает, и она далеко. А кто близко? И здесь тоже ничего нового — военно-полевые романы, классика жанра. Разлом в душе заполняет новое увлечение. Так тоже было всегда.
Больше не жена
«Я зову их игуанами», — рассказывает мой знакомый, служивший в Луганске. Не знаю, возможно, это общее название. А, может, он сам так придумал про женщин, которые ищут себе пару на СВО.
Женщины приезжают в прифронтовые города, устраиваются на работу и приступают к активному поиску.
Такое было и в Великую Отечественную. И в 2014 году на Донбассе. 80 лет назад их называли «ППЖ» — походно-полевые жёны. Сейчас, выходит, игуаны.
У игуаны яркая расцветка, и сама она напоминает маленького привлекательного дракончика. Игуана считается безобидным травоядным животным, но при определённых обстоятельствах может и напасть.
Свободные и мужественные «настоящие мужчины», с зашкаливающим тестостероном и адреналином, в большом количестве встречаются именно в горячих точках. В том же 2014 редкий доброволец Донбасса возвращался обратно в Россию к прежней семье. Свою роль играло и то, что срывались спасать Русский мир обычно люди, у которых и так в личных отношениях было не все гладко.
«Этим и пользуются эти игуаны, — обьясняет мой знакомый. — Парней молодых полно, большинство из глубинки. И при большой зарплате. Женатых предварительно ещё требуется развести. Когда не женат, то убеждают сделать предложение руки и сердца. По закону расписать должны за 30 дней, но если есть разрешение, то можно уложиться в более короткие сроки».
И это тоже на самом деле проявление посттравматического расстройства.
В условиях смертельной опасности очень хочется любить. Инстинкт жизни торжествует все равно. Но не факт, что новая любовь настоящая и навсегда.
«Вообще, если пацан нормальный, то объясняем ему, что не всегда подобные отношения бывают единственными, что, может, не он ей нравится, а его зарплата, — рассказывал мой знакомый. — В основном не слушают. Каждому хочется думать, что его история какая-то особенная».
А дома ждёт верная жена, которая вдруг выяснит, что она больше и не жена. Эксперты предупреждают, что это вполне обычное явление. Пережив длительный ментальный кризис, связанный с угрозой жизни, человек зачастую рвёт со всем своим прежним окружением и начинает новую жизнь. А как же прежняя любимая?
Может вернуться другим человеком
«Отъезд мужа в зону СВО — это потеря, связанная с тревогой. Супруга остаётся одна. На неё ложатся еще все домашние обязанности, которые раньше выполнял муж. Дети, работа… А ещё страх за то, вернётся ли он. И в этом случае надо понимать, что уходил на спецоперацию один человек, а прийти может совсем другой, и с этим другим нужно будет налаживать новые отношения, и не всегда это получается на самом деле», — на круглом столе по теме юридические вопросы межведомственного взаимодействия при оказании медицинской помощи участникам СВО, в рамкам форума Армия-2023 рассказывал инок Киприан, Герой Советского Союза Валерий Бурков, ныне руководитель Научно-практического и образовательного Центра душепопечения и реабилитации, психологического и психического здоровья в честь иконы Божией Матери «Всех скорбящих Радость».
Поэтому, как подчеркнул инок Киприан, очень важна вовремя начатая профилактическая работа с женщинами.
Профессионалов, которые умеют работать с ментальными проблемами в целом семей, прошедших именно СВО, начали готовить недавно. Да, все время говорится о необходимости того, что они должны быть, но во многом это пока проекты. Об этом и в Госдуме недавно сетовали.
В прошлом году был разработан алгоритм психологической помощи в проработке жизненной ситуации «Потеря кормильца», который включал в себя в том числе и ежедневный мониторинг психоэмоционального состояния ребенка, у которого погиб отец.
Понятно, что тут необходимо взаимодействовать с семьей в целом. Надо выяснить, насколько контактирует с ребёнком мама, или она в момент горя зациклена на себе. Это обязательно должна быть совместная работа. Но в целом подобные методики, скорее, разрабатываются именно для школы, так как там уже есть подготовленные психологи. А если школьников в семье нет? Тогда женщине – куда?
Оберег на возвращение
Нет такой массовой добровольной привычки в России — бежать со своей бедой к дипломированному психотерапевту. Особенно в провинции. В лучшем случае — плачутся подружке в жилетку.
Тут могла бы помочь церковь. Но для этого должна быть традиция ее посещать не только на Рождество или Пасху.
Вот и ходят к гадалкам да к знахаркам, чтобы раскинуть на будущую судьбу. С начала частичной мобилизации был зафиксирован огромный рост интереса к услугам такого рода и, следовательно, увеличение дохода самозанятых в этой сфере.
«Сестра относит к гадалке не меньше 10-20 тысяч в месяц, потому что та ее успокаивает и говорит, что муж вернётся, ей этого достаточно и ничего ее не переубедит не платить», — приводит в пример свою историю Татьяна из Ивановской области.
Мы будто бы снова окунулись в 90-е, когда народ метался, заряжая воду от телевизора, и гадая на кофейной гуще, как там сложится «по бизнесу».
В соцсетях предлагали сделать расклады на удачу, купить обереги на защиту. Сейчас рекламируют услуги по привязке военнослужащего , чтобы не ушел из семьи после СВО, и по его скорейшему возвращению.
С осуждением таких увлечений еще год назад выступала РПЦ, предупреждая, что это разрушает личность человека.
«Огромное количество шарлатанов появляется сейчас, — считает Инна Ямбулатова, ответственный секретарь Гиппократовского медицинского форума. — И, когда военнослужащие возвращаются, если у них появляются проблемы со здоровьем, женщины зачастую тоже идут не к медицинским специалистам, а по проторённой дорожке, к ясновидящим и к знахаркам. Женщины, не понимая, что приносят вред, ищут спасение для своих супругов. Государство должно ограничить такого рода услуги и лицензировать деятельность подобных «спасателей».
Ну, хорошо, не будут бегать к ясновидящим, а что взамен? Где ещё люди могут найти моральную поддержку? Кто им скажет, что «все будет хорошо»? Чиновники и депутаты? Так они ещё больше подливают масла в огонь.
До конца СВО мобилизованные не вернутся домой, ротации не будет — высказал недавно свою точку председатель комитета Госдумы по обороне Картаполов.
«Я чувствовала себя брошенной»
Увы, усталость, тоска, неопределённость иногда приводят к непоправимым последствиям. Особенно когда женщина остаётся одна.
В августе в Волгограде в многоэтажке спального района нашли труп девятимесячного ребёнка. Соседей мучил запах в подъезде, думали, что где-то застрял мусор, а оказалось — малыш. Он умер от голода и обезвоживания.
24-летняя Клавдия оставила сына в квартире одного и уехала к подруге на четыре дня. Двое ее старших детей в это время находились у бабушки.
Клавдию задержали, возбудили уголовное дело, домой со спецоперации на время вернулся отец ребенка — действующий военнослужащий.
Соседи рассказали, что молодая семья въехала в новую квартиру около года назад. В деньгах Клавдия не нуждалась, супруг приезжал в отпуск в мае — соседи видели, как мужчина прогуливался во дворе с коляской. Они казались идеальной парой…
В суде, когда избирали меру пресечения, Клавдия призналась, что просто очень устала.
«Я чувствовала себя брошенной, помощи не было, — сказала молодая мать. — Я бы хотела вернуть всё обратно».
Краснооктябрьский районный суд Волгограда арестовал женщину до октября. Безутешный отец после похорон вернулся в в/ч часть.
Конечно, пока такие случаи ещё единичные и кажутся чем-то из ряда вон. Как и антиобщественное поведение вернувшихся с СВО. Недавно военнослужащий в отпуске взорвал светошумовую гранату на улице, он не хотел ничего плохого, просто показал, как она работает — но рядом были женщины, дети… Это все еще единичные ситуации, поэтому каждое ЧП попадает в СМИ, но что будет дальше, если не помочь этим людям? И как помочь?
«Моя специальность — как раз социальная адаптация и реабилитация, есть соответствующее образование, — на условиях анонимности рассказал один из военных психологов. — Долгие годы занимался ресоциализацией людей, освободившихся из мест лишения свободы. Что могу сказать про ПТСР — можно добиться долговременного состояния ремиссии, но, кроме программ реабилитации и адаптации, нужно еще долговременное социальное сопровождение и, самое главное, благополучная социальная среда, чтобы человек пришёл в себя. Работающие социальные лифты, социальные гарантии и примеры достижения успеха ветеранов в мирном обществе цивилизованными способами. Тогда дело пойдёт.
А не так, так как было с Афганистаном и Чечней, я имею в виду последствия этих войн для тех, кто вернулся оттуда, когда люди либо лишались моральных ограничений, считая, что им все можно, либо спивались.
Пример — сосед после Чечни четыре года молчал и пил, он был призывником, и его бросили на штурм Грозного в 19 лет, он так и остался по ту сторону в руинах. Сразу могу сказать, я ему уже ничем помочь не смог. Вот на его примере я и прочувствовал , что такое ПТСР в первый раз».
Беда нашей страны заключается в том, что ПТСР для нас — это, к сожалению, генетическое заболевание. Об этом сегодня часто говорят психологи. Оно вписано в наши ДНК, считают они. Наши прабабушки и прадедушки пережили революцию, бабушки и дедушки лишения Великой Отечественной, наши родители — развал Советского Союза.
Мы сами впитали все, что было от них, и добавили от себя, застряв в поколенческих травмах, в бесконечном потоке драматических событий. Поэтому лечить от последствий ПТСР нужно всех. Мужчин, женщин, детей, стариков, политиков…
