Сохраните мир в семье с взрослеющим ребенком
Кажется, у вас подросток, если иногда вы ловите себя на мыслях: «Он совсем не помогает мне по дому. Его интересуют только друзья. В комнате – полный бардак! Что с его прической?!». Если это звучит знакомо, не переживайте – вы не одни. Жизнь с подростком – это вызов, но с правильным подходом всё можно преодолеть. Вот несколько советов психолога, как выжить в этом непростом, но увлекательном периоде.
1. Главное — терпение
Если вам кажется, что утром вы говорите с одним человеком, а вечером – с кем-то совершенно другим, это нормально. Настроение подростков меняется быстрее, чем прогноз погоды, и это не ваша вина. Это гормоны и становление личности. Попробуйте запастись терпением и напоминать себе, что за бурей всегда приходит затишье.
2. Больше слушайте
Да, у подростков есть свои идеи, которые могут показаться странными. Но, как показывает практика, если вы дадите им возможность выговориться, это создаст доверие в семье. Попробуйте не вставлять в каждое их высказывание фразу «А вот когда я был в твоем возрасте…». Подростки любят внимание и уважают, когда их точку зрения принимают всерьез, даже если она вам кажется нелепой.
3. Помните, что приоритеты подростков отличаются от ваших
Одна из самых больших ошибок родителей – думать, что подростки специально не делают уборку или не помогают по дому, чтобы насолить вам. Но на самом деле мысли подростков заняты совершенно другим:

пригласят ли их на вечеринку, -
как они выглядят по сравнению с одноклассниками, -
успеют ли подготовиться к контрольной, -
что скажут о них за спиной друзья и так далее.
Для них важно, как их воспринимают окружающие, а не то, сколько раз они пропылесосили в неделю.
Чтобы наладить контакт, подойдите к вопросу с пониманием: «Я знаю, что уборка для тебя не на первом месте, но это нужно сделать. Давай вместе придумаем, как сделать это проще и быстрее». Так вы остаетесь на одной стороне баррикад, а не по разные.
4. Договаривайтесь на компромисс
Подростки любят чувствовать свободу и контроль над своей жизнью. Постарайтесь находить компромиссы. Например, договоритесь, что они могут выбрать одежду сами, но обязательно по погоде за окном. Или пусть сами решают, когда делать уроки, но до определенного времени. Компромиссы учат подростков ответственности, не лишая их ощущения свободы.
5. Смейтесь вместе
Юмор – ваш лучший союзник. Иногда лучше не воспринимать некоторые моменты слишком серьезно. Если вы сможете посмеяться вместе над какой-то ситуацией, это укрепит ваши отношения. Только, конечно, старайтесь смеяться не над подростком, а с ним.
6. Соревнования в упрямстве не помогут
Иногда кажется, что подростки нарочно делают все наоборот, лишь бы показать характер. Но не стоит бороться с ними за правоту или главенство. Помните, что ваша цель – не выиграть спор, а научить их жить в этом мире. Чем мягче вы будете вести диалог, тем больше шансов, что подросток прислушается к вашим словам.
7. Любите, несмотря ни на что
Даже если ваш подросток иногда превращается в «бурю» из эмоций и слов, которые вам сложно понять, помните: за этим периодом скрывается ребёнок, которому всё ещё нужна ваша любовь. Важно показывать подростку, что вы любите его безусловно, несмотря на все сложности и кризисы переходного возраста.
