…Здание театра в Челябинске оцеплено людьми в форме по периметру. На сцене и за кулисами – осужденные. В зале — их близкие. Маленький мальчик с бабушкой все время машет рукой женщине в костюме. Вероятно, это его мама. И возможно, это одна из редких возможностей ее увидеть (тем более не в тюремной робе)…
Челябинский регион для меня, признаюсь, ассоциировался с пытками. В конце 2012 года здесь, в ИК-6, произошёл крупнейший в российской тюремной истории бунт. Тогда осужденные залезли на крышу копейской колонии и развернули простыни, на которых кроваво-красными буквами было написано, что их убивают. Помню, как в первый раз приехала в Челябинск, чтобы, как журналист, побывать на суде над тюремщиками. Тогда обвиняемые в превышении полномочий сотрудники колонии сидели в зале, а их жертвы – в клетках. От жутких рассказов потерпевших даже у судьи периодически бледнело лицо.
Но как на болоте растет такая удивительная и полезная ягода как клюква, так и в Челябинской области зародился уникальный кинофестиваль “Надежда” (проводит его Уполномоченный по правам человека в регионе Юлия Сударенко), который самим своим существованием многое изменил. В 2023 году на него прислали почти 200 работ из 71 региона. Актёр Михаил Ефремов на этот раз участие в кинофестивале не принял (а в прошлом стал лауреатом, и «МК» вручило ему отдельный приз), что связано с его сложным эмоциональным состоянием. Вообще за все время существования кинофестиваля жюри и эксперты признали лучшей работу под названием «Водомерка». Это мультипликационный фильм, созданный осужденным в Архангельской колонии (он, кстати, уже на свободе). Мультфильм про дружбу между бывшим зэком и мальчиком-сиротой. Мужчина проваливается в прорубь, когда в костюме деда Мороза несет парнишке подарок — лыжи. Мальчик думает, что он утонул, и тоже бросается в прорубь.
Это выдуманная история про не выдуманную беду — непринятия обществом бывших сидельцев и сирот (среди детей без родителей немало тех, кто становятся на преступный путь и оказывается за решеткой).
И с этой темой перекликается фильм, который попал в число победителей.
Итак, «Три уроки Даниилы Иванова». Фильм построен максимально просто. Это откровения 25-летнего осужденного Даниила. «Отца не видел. Мать пила. Воспитывала сначала бабушка, а потом улица». Органы опеки изъяли ребенка. Суд лишил мать родительских прав, а Даню отправили в детский дом. А потом он совершил первое преступление — грабеж. Суд приговорил к трем годам условно. Во время испытательного срока угнал машину и совершил еще один грабеж. Попал в воспитательную колонию. Освободился. И снова — в детский дом. Но сбежал в первый же день. Жил, где придется, воровал продукты в магазинах. А потом вроде все наладилось, от государства получил квартиру, нашел девушку, та забеременела. Но отношения с соседями не сложись — Даниил устроил погром, а в результате выплыли наружу и его прошлые преступления. Снова колония, теперь уже взрослая. Благодаря хорошему поведению освободился условно-досрочно. Но не вернулся к девушке и сыну, а нашел себе компанию. Украл самокат — и опять в тюрьме. Не за горами свобода. Но что она принесет? Опять по кругу?
«День сурка, нас сажают в лагеря», — поют в его колонии осужденные. А Даниил с экрана говорит, что устал сидеть, устал быть преступником. Говорит, что не хочет возвращаться за решетку, ведь у него есть сын и есть мать (которую он, кстати, пустил жить в свою квартиру). «Я их не брошу».
В этом фильме много смыслов. И он поднимает важную проблему — отсутствие сопровождения подростков, которые выпускаются из сиротских учреждений (оно не предусмотрено в современной России на законодательном уровне). Огромное количество нынешних сидельцев — воспитанники детских домов. При этом у многих есть биологические родители. Но органы опеки вместо того, чтобы помочь матери бросить пить, найти работу и т.д., идут по самому простому для них пути — изымают ребенка. А ведь каждый такой малыш любит маму. Любую.
«Вперед, к мечте!» — кинолента о двух красивых девушках, которые поддерживают друг друга за решеткой. Когда у одной ночные кошмары, другая ее успокаивает. Когда одна впадает в депрессию — другая ей рассказывает о мечте.
Две героини этого фильма сидели во время церемонии в зале — они недавно освободились. Одна из них, Регина, в свое время получила 10 лет за «наркотики». У нее маленький ребенок. Но суд в Челябинской области, сославшись на тяжесть преступления, посчитал, что нельзя дать ей отсрочку наказания до достижения ребенком 14 лет. Уже из колонии Регина просила Фемиду сжалится и все-таки дать отсрочку: два опекуна ее сына заболели онкологией. Женщина-судья, по ее словам, ответила в духе: «Если они умрут, в детском доме о нём позаботятся лучше, чем Вы!». В целом это ситуация типична для региона.
Регина отбыла в колонии больше 7 лет, и благодарна, что там ей позволили заниматься творчеством и вообще относились по-человечески. Теперь тюрьма позади.
— Я живу и работаю в Челябинске, веду различные мероприятия (частные и городского масштаба). Но только те, которые проходят не допоздна, потому что освободилась я не по УДО, а по ст. 80 (замена наказания более мягким видом наказания, а именно ограничение свободы, по которому с 22:00 до 6:00 я должна быть дома). В общем все хорошо! Про фильм… Идея сама родилась. Я подумала, ну а что если про себя напоследок и снять? Вот что из этого вышло. Частично снимали его на свободе, когда я была в отпуске за пределами учреждения. Да, да, вот так бывает! Меня отпускали за победы в различных конкурсах и хорошее поведение. У меня вопрос: почему фильмы с кинофестиваля «Надежда» в закрытом доступе? Вроде ничего секретного в них нет, но их нельзя просмотреть… Ведь действительно если бы мы своими фильмами смогли предотвратить и уберечь кого-то от ошибки, это бы и была настоящая победа. Если бы после просмотра фильма хотя бы один человек задумался, тогда это всё было бы не зря.
Регина права. И надо заметить, нам удалось получить разрешение на публикацию на сайте «МК» нескольких картин.
Одна из них — «Мама», снята в тульской колонии. Это реальная история про молодого осужденного (он играет сам себя) и его матери. Максим получил срок за наркотики. За решеткой он отказывался от переписки и свиданий с матерью. Она писала — не отвечал. Она приезжала — он не выходил к ней. Мама попросила сотрудников передать ему, что ни в чем его не винит и просит прощения в случае, если он на нее обиделся. Максим говорит, что ему стыдно перед ней (в том числе за то, что из дома вынес и продал ее любимые вещи). Когда мать попадает в больницу, начальник колонии разрешает ему навестить ее. История ожидаемо заканчивается хорошо. Для меня лично она про то, что осужденных нужно отпускать домой в каких-то случаях (болезни близких) или просто в отпуск. Закон это предусматривает, но в некоторых регионах такую возможность не используют вообще, опасаясь побегов. Хотя статистика показывает — те, кого отпускают, всегда возвращаются.
«Заключенные в надежде» — собрание историй из колоний Тувы про то, как заключенные находили какую-то отдушину за решеткой. «Нету выхода только из под крышки гроба» — эту фразу один из заключенных помнит ещё от своего деда.
Брутальный уголовник вяжет теплые вещи для детского дома.
Удивительно наблюдать за тем, как его огромные пальцы ловко управляются со спицами. А он хриплым голосом рассказывает, что деток жалко и что после освобождения будет продолжать вязать.
Другой арестант рассказывает, как изучил кулинарию за решеткой. Говорит, что всегда любит готовить что-то необычное, и вот в колонии раскрылся талант.
Третий показывает, как создает несколькими мазками картины. Он всегда мечтал рисовать, но только здесь это попробовал.
«Обязательно попадать в тюрьму, чтобы вспомнить о чем мечтал?» — хотелось задать вопрос этим осужденным. Но они на церемонию, увы, не приехали.
«Внешний фактор» — один из немногих игровых фильмов. Как говорил легендарный режиссер Альфред Хичкок, если в документальном кино Бог — режиссер, то в игровом кино режиссер — это Бог. И вот осужденные Саратовской колонии придумали сценарий с переносом во времени.
По сюжету молодому парню вынесли приговор — 10 лет строгого режима. По запрещенному мобильнику в обшарпанной камере он говорит с мамой, которая его утешает, но безуспешно. И вот он решает покончить с собой, но вместо морга переносится в прошлое, очнувшись в советской тюрьме 30-40-х годов. Железная миска и кусок черного хлеба — пайка для тех, кто работает. «Не работаешь — не ешь», — говорит ему другой арестант. Сам труд — бессмысленный и унизительный, Заключенных заставляют носить щебень в пригоршнях, бьют, иногда до смерти. Главный герой с товарищем съели пайку того, кто не выдержал побоев и умер. За это это самих избивают. Интересный диалог главного героя с активистами.
«Люди просто хотят есть».
«Ты думаешь у тебя есть такая привилегия?»
«Привилегия — есть?»
«Привилегия хотеть».
«А ты что, не зэк?»
«Я заработал привилегию».
«Чем? Ломая других? Таких, как ты? На благо надзирателей?»
«Я просто адаптировался. На благо себя».
Героя бросают в карцер, где он медленно умирает от голода, думая о том, что подвёл мать. И снова перенос во времени. Герой очутился на койке в СИЗО в наши дни. Первое, что он сделал — позвонил матери и пообещал ей, что продержится, получит в тюрьме образование и будет работать. И что он в следующий раз позвонит ей из легального таксофона в колонии, а от мобильника избавится, поскольку решил встать на путь исправления и получить УДО. Фильм отлично снят с учетом того, что антураж и реквизиты были ограничены. Где-то нашли старую милицейскую форму, стилизовали под раннюю советскую эпоху каптерку.
Киноленту восприняли двояко. С одной стороны, фильм про то, что нужно с благодарностью воспринимать самую возможность жить, и понимать, что всегда «могло быть и хуже». И с этим точно не поспоришь. Но с другой, авторы показывают — раньше в тюрьме били и голодом морили, и вроде как надо радоваться, что все изменилось. «Но так ведь можно дойти и до того, что радоваться тому, что мы не при Малюте Скуратове, когда с арестантов кожу живьем снимали и четвертовали», — заметил один из членов жюри.
А еще интересный момент: виды современной камеры (обшарпанной, страшной) в этом фильме ничем не лучше той, что в советские времена. Может, так авторы подают некий знак? Напомню, что именно в Саратовском регионе не так давно случился скандал — были опубликованы видео изнасилования осужденных шваброй в ОТБ-1 (начальник учреждения, его замы, сотрудники и активисты под следствием).
Как бы то ни было фильм явно заставляет задуматься. А уж что в нем человек увидит — зависит от самого смотрящего. По мне так такие фильмы гораздо интереснее, чем те, где мораль подается «в лоб».
Зачем вообще осужденным снимать фильмы за решеткой? Чтобы получить поощрение и потом было проще уйти на УДО? Но, во-первых, это не всегда срабатывает (один из артистов, выступавших на концерте, пожаловался, что ему уже дважды в УДО отказали, хотя он поет и танцует). Во-вторых, хороший фильм все равно из-под палки не получится.
— В тюрьме человек находится на грани жизни и смерти, — говорит председатель жюри, преподаватель журфака УрФУ Павел Сумской. — И в этих обстоятельствах могут раскрыться «кладовки» с талантами. Вообще тот, у кого есть опора на себя, может справиться с любой ситуацией. А творчество эту самую опору дает. Кто сказал, что сейчас в тюрьмах нет режиссеров уровня Тарковского? Они могут не знать, что они «тарковские». Одна фотография может изменить жизнь, а уж один фильм и подавно.
Хорошо бы, чтобы в каждой колонии был маленький кинозал.
Важно, чтобы заключенный мог бы там сам выбрать фильм, пусть даже заплатив за просмотр (деньги у него сняли бы с лицевого счета).

…Меж тем на днях бывший осужденный рассказал, как он авантюрным путем устроился на работу в известную киностудию. Сейчас снимается на третьих ролях в популярном сериале. Рассказывает актерам и режиссёрам, как 7 лет «учился за границей» (на самом деле провел их в колонии), демонтируется отличное знание итальянского (выучил сам за решеткой). Если бы на киностудии знали о его тюремных университетах, то на работу вряд ли бы взяли. Но может, придет время, когда в тюрьмах будут готовить актеров и режиссеров?
