С аналогичной просьбой обратился в СПЧ организатор теракта на Черкизовском рынке
Сразу два печально известных на всю страну преступника, приговоренных к пожизненному лишению свободы, обратились в Совет по правам человека при президенте РФ с просьбой отправить их в зону специальной военной операции на Украине.
По данным «МК», один из них — Александр Агеев, осужденный пожизненно за соучастие в убийстве короля русского шансона, певца. Михаила Круга. Агеев обратился лично к главе СПЧ Валерию Фадееву. Он заявил, что после вынесения приговора написал письмо в военкомат Твери, но его отказались призвать, сославшись на приказ «для служебного пользования». Осужденный оспорил это решение в суде, но и там получил отказ. В своем письме он указывает, что решения суда, по его мнению, незаконны и ограничивают его права.
Второй заявитель — прапорщик ФСБ Сергей Климук, осужденный за организацию теракта на Черкизовском рынке в Москве в августе 2006 года. Климук написал письмо автору этих строк, в котором сообщает, что имеет несколько военных специальностей и будет полезен в зоне СВО. Он по-прежнему не признает своей вины, считает, что в его случае произошла ошибка. Климук предлагает сделать его командиром взвода – это его основная профессия. Он утверждает, что готов заменить неопытного призывника.
Напомним, что пожизненно осужденных преступников запрещено призывать в зону СВО и на контрактную военную службу.
